* Flat rates are based upon the entire size of the home. You may not omit a room or rooms in order to qualify for a lower rate.
** This is not a deep cleaning. Tubs and showers will receive one good hard scrubbing. AMC cannot guarantee the removal of hard water from shower glass doors. All surfaces will be clean and sanitized.
Can I pay for an extra service without upgrading to a Deep House Cleaning?
Yes. If you like all that is covered in the Recurring House Cleaning Package but you want the inside of the oven cleaned, or the baseboards cleaned (not just dusted), or you want a tub deep cleaned, but you don't need the other extras in a Deep House Cleaning service, just ask your account manager for the cost of that particular service and we will take care of it for you.

How long does a Move In/Out House Cleaning Take?
AM Cleaning offers a flat rate service so your maids will always stay until the job is done. Average times for a Move In/Out House Cleaning are 4-5 hours depending on the size of the home.
Can I schedule movers and cleaners on the same day?
No. We cannot send our crew into your home if the home is not totally vacant. Our crews and the moving crew will get in each other's way. Please make sure you have moved everything out of the house before your cleaning crew arrives.
Isn't it easier and faster to clean a vacant home?
This is a common misconception. Cleaning a vacant home and making it move in ready actually takes longer and is more labor intensive than cleaning a furnished home.
When should I schedule carpet cleaning?
Carpet cleaning should always be the last thing you do. If you hire us to do the maid service and carpet cleaning we will coordinate the service so everything is done the same day.
